I had promised myself last year that I would stay on No Fap for 365 days in 2026 but unfortunately I couldn't keep my promise.
I have nut five times in twenty one days already.
I feel pathetic being addicted to this evil.
I know my dopamine receptors are damaged badly but I just want to stop this forever and regain a normal mental state which can make me be a better thinker.
Another problem is that I cum quite fast.
I don't know how many days it is going to take to finish in normal time.
