I’m sick of going on fasting streaks and getting somewhat lean and then losing against my hunger. I just start eating donuts and bullshit when I do that and start getting a fat face again.

I chug a crapload of water then eat some junk-food if I get the craving.
Or I eat some egg whites and hot-sauce, then eat my cheat meal.

Prevents me from over eating
