I eat sub 600 calories a day, and most of those calories are at 5~ pm, how do i stop feeling like shit

i go to the gym, and ive had a somewhat linear muscle growth graph, increasing most my weights per month. Why will test go down but estrogen up?

Try and eat less calories than you consume but at the same time get all your micronutrients and protein.

Focus on eating 90%+ animal foods

if you continue starvemaxxing then you can forget about any potential height left in the tank

if you really wanna look lean then you shouldnt have gotten fat in the first place, or hop on tren and test
