How do I stop feeling like crap after cardio/playing sports?

I feel great and full of stamina in the moment but after 3 hours post workout the fatigue sets in and I’m pretty much bedridden for 2-3 days

Stop being little bitch all you do is run on treadmill

Back when I was in the military we used to run 2km nonstop up hills with 50 pound plates on

I’m trying to get lean fast but I guess either this or slowing down/pacing myself are the only solutions
When you don’t eat and get tired your metabolism is slowing down and you’re burning less passively
