How do I stop getting so manny fucking moles on my skin??

I am extremely white and burn really easy in the sun usually moles are caused by sun exposure or something (idk not a dermatologist) but I don’t get a lot of heavy sun exposure and am rarely ever sunburnt.

But for whatever fucking reason small moles keep popping up everywhere all over my body and it makes me look like a fucking chocolate chip cookie

How do I prevent them or get rid of them??
