How do I stop haiting foids

Everytime I get approached by I foid I keep freaking out and calling them slurs or some slur mixed with foid how do I stop doing this, I genuinely hate foids but I will have to work and interact with them at school, sometimes I also throw quarters at them if I feel overwhelmed. Couple months ago a foid asked for a napkin and out of pure hate and fear I threw a fermented sponge at her and and she started crying. Jokes aside how do I stop hating foids. A good part of what I said actually happens.
