Its like ever since my ex dumped me ive had way lower confidence and when I got back to school in September it was all gone I keep my head down unless im with my friends nowadays and I can barely talk to people normally

True. Ive had it life long and tried bunch of meds, therapies etc. and allat was mostly cope. At the end it's just about stop being a bitch and standing ur ground
