Thicker shirt and wearing an undershirt could help, probably not a lot if they're as puffy as you said. Maybe even using those nipple cover sticker things if you wanna go that far

I always wear an undershirt so I might need to invest in one of those nipple cover stickers, would be death if my friends ever found out tho
