Nofap is only half of the answer. Start by fapping on alternate days, and by day 1 or 2 of nofap, you'll surely get horny. So when you do get horny, try fapping to only vanilla porn... it should make you cum. Then repeat this process, except now fap only once in three days, then once a week and so on.
