How do I stop nihilistic thoughts about relationships?

I have nihilistic thoughts most times about meeting people and connecting with them.

How or why should I care if there are SO MANY people in the world, when u think about it u start perceiving people as numbers. I want to get friends and spend time with them, but I know that they and me are so replaceable

Spending too much time alone in your head and on social media will distort your image of almost everything. It's good to go outside & see that, a lot of the time, things aren't the way we imagine them to be
