How do I stop rotting on org

I came here to learn about life. What my goal is, what I can do to ascend, how to be more sociable, how to make my life better etc etc. but the more time I spend on here the more I learn. I wanted to go on this site so I can go outside and not be a social reject. But there’s so much knowledge on this site about pharmacology and other stuff that I feel like I forgot the real reason why I even entered this site in the first place. Ppl here are so knowledgeable about drugs and nootropics and peptides and roids, I can’t help but rot here and just endlessly read threads about them. Yet time is passing by and I’m still rotting in my room and I forget why I even want to ascend. What do I do?
