How do I stop simping

The title is a bit extreme I wouldnt say im simping but I am overthinking too much and maybe even lovebombing. For context im in a talking stage with a girl and she says she wants to get to know me better before starting anything serious. And I keep overthinking every detail every text and I just dont know how to stop. Any advice would be appreciated and no shitposts
