How do i stop the “throwing up” sensation after taking too much kratom 😭?

i messed up ….. and now im feeling like im gonna throw up, its so frustrating cause all i think about is my upset stomach….i cant think of anything else …..maan
i wont put 2 fingers in my mouth to try to throw up…. I tried eating something sweet…. Didn’t work
other times i tried eating alot….doesn’t work either
