This could help but try to be occupied the whole day.

Let’s say you’re at home. Try to be away from the house as much as possible. One thing I would do is walk pretty far to get my dinner, instead of driving cause that takes no effort if you alr have your license.

When it’s raining and you’re stuck inside could be an issue if you get bored/depressed easily.
