How do I study while being blackpilled?

In this year's exams, whether I will be a janitor or a doctor will be determined.

I know it's very fucking important because even if looks matter the most, I'll be financially stable and comfortable in the future.

But the blackpill has consumed me so hard that I have accepted genetic determinism and don't have motivation to do anything, which is essentially wrong.

Put your phone away.
Reward yourself when you finish studying.
Practice Positive self talk.
Take meds for focus if you struggle with that.
Study with other people who can teach you the subjects where you struggle in.
