you need to get into a deficit and you need to wait to see results

eat 1600calories per dag MAX and track every single calorie you eat or drink
look into intermittent fasting
replace all drinks with water
if you still fail its over

Heroin apparently is good too, as long as you're on heroin you don't feel hungry or thirsty anymore...
