How do I successfully starve myself without getting caught?

It was during the summer holidays when I was at my grandparents house and they noticed I wasn’t eating anything and I stood up and I fell over and didn’t get up for a few seconds, so they blamed me not eating

I eat regularly now. I don’t wanna ️ve myself everyday it’s just for a little while so I can burn a kg or 2 faster.
