How do I take flights, while pinning?

Hey guys,
I am going to fly to spain for a few weeks of vacation soon.
Now I wonder how I am going to get my gear and other unprescribed injectables through TSA or customs in general...

Does anyone here have experience with that and could give me legit advise?
