How Do I Talk Sense into My Bluepilled Homie?

So I was having the classic ‘looks vs personality/status” debate with my homie. We were mostly debating in terms of dating, and which matters most.

He believed that status and personality mattered more than looks. His main arguments surrounded these ideas:
1. You see chopped dudes with hot girls
2. Personality will keep you with a girl for longer no matter how you look
3. If you’re good to a girl, she will tell her friends and her circles, inclining more girls to wanna be with you, no matter how you look.

Clearly these are all bullshit little outlier anecdotes that don’t apply to the norm.

What other arguments can I make or how can I convert him. He is so bluepilled and genuinely thinks personality is more important than looks.

I literally said personality matters a shit ton, however looks are more important and told him all about first impressions, opening doors, and attraction. He wasn’t having any of it.
