How do I talk to females again?

From my experience I dont think its souly abt looks, I looked like a retard, short, semi buff nga and had game.

Now I can't even garner eye contact with a female or say a sentence to one without sub conciously

whispering because im so nervous, what do I do?

I used to force myself to talk to females, and at first, it was lowk bad like "creep" bad, but as I started talking to more

I gained a roster

I can't go through that process again

Idk what to do and staying on this forum feels more homosexual/doomer than good for me
