How do I talk to girls?

I am a 15 year old and I have yet to actually been able to talk to a girl for more than a minute. I always find myself just saying the same thing and I don’t know what to do. i’ve had girls in the past hang up the phone cause “their mom was calling” and they never call back. I can’t seem to think of anything to talk about that will last for more than 30 seconds and it’s killing my social interactions. I’m already antisocial and this is just digging a deeper hole for me. I need tips please.

yeah I already know that, that’s what i’ve been doing just letting them talk but more recently i’ve been having to talk more and it’s getting annoying when I can’t say anything.
