I changed my mind, Asian women are ugly insects.

- get lots of red / infrared light in the morning and evenings. this repairs damage from UV
- take astaxanthin (natural sunscreen)
- take lots of omega 3
- eat liver for vitamin a
- regularly dunk your face (ideally whole body in water below 50 F)
Melanotan 2 is probably the best thing if you're that dead set on tanning (less uv required for more tan). If you're worried about ageing though do not tan, which is pretty obvious and I'm sure you're aware.

It seems that Asian women actually prefer pale skin.

so tanning beds and then what you listed to minimize damage caused by it?

tanning beds no good papa

mainly uv a and doesn't stimulate vitamin d

ideally you move to a tropical / sub tropical climate and go in sun for an hour or 2 at noon

it's obvious that they aren't good, but you can't run around naked for 1-2 hours in the morning /evening in a western country without getting locked up and moving to a tropical /sub tropical climate also isn't really applicable for most

and the alternative is this:
