How do I target each muscle group without ANY equipment?

Except my bag. Like my shoulders hurt bro I wanna develop them. I do push-ups already but I barely even feel them in my chest, or even triceps for diamond push-ups.

I know its equitment but look into a weighted vest. Its not much of equitment so i hope its okay. And do the exercises with more complexity like diamond pushups but u hold one leg in the air.
