Take a break, I use to regularly drink but ive stopped for a few months but what i normally do is just go through periods of regular drinking and then abstaining from it so i dont actually become an actual alcoholic

As long a you are able to say no to alcohol when you want to and not have it negatively affect your life. You are not addicted. It only starts becoming a problem if you use it as a coping mechanism
