Hey! I’m looking for advice on improving what I believe to be my hyoid, not entirely sure if it’s that, fat, or something I can’t change. Im not super knowledgeable about this stuff but Ive heard good things about chin tucks and have been seeing things about aqualyx. Let my know what I can do to go from the first photo to the shitty morph I made.

for neck chin definition some opt for submental liposuction neck lifts or genioplasty though fat loss posture and exercises can give subtle improvements without surgery

Try neck curls retard. Or use the search button

I was like you . Do chin tucks everyday and progressive overload on it

It will work, do what I tell you, start with nothing but classic chin-tucks. Do 3 sets a day and increase the repetitions each day, tracking your sets with a notepad. Increasing the repetitions and tracking helped me the most; otherwise, it's like going in blind.

Why would you want a negative submental angle? just makes you look more downgrown. You need a genioplasty/BSSO if anything.
 
Train ur neck and hyoid exercises, lose fat, hard mew and debloat
