How do I tighten up the face muscles

As you can see my face looks a bit drooping I’m not a mouth breather but for sum reason my face looks loose how do I fix

Pretty sure i look like that because im bloated for sure plus stress plus I got 5 hrs of sleep last night but still

its not skin laxity, you just have a lot of subq fat

stop looking for cope, leaning out is the only (non surgical) solution

Just focus on sleep, debloating is also important, lower stress since cortisol cause puffiness due to the fact that your body holds onto water and sodium (cardio is also good), cold exposure makes skin tighter, and your posture and jaw position.
 
What is the subq fat how do I fix it.
bro how did you manage to get in this forum:lul: just lose fat, either by kcal restriction, or a combination of meds low kcals and cardio, like anavar decreases visceral fat, winstrol decreases collagen and "fat", a mild diuretic like a diazid(or any thiazide(hydrochlorothiazide) is a good start) nicotine and caffeine can lower your cravings also clen can increase your BMR, I suggest doing your research on every single one of thethings I mentioned, to see what is for your situation and what is not needed for you
 
calorie deficit, lymph drainage and get your steps in
