ok so i got invsaligners to fix a lil bit of crowding and overbite. But I can't chew gum anymore, is there any no cope methods i can do to train my masseter while on them? or do I need to wait until they're off?
PS- I'll need to wear retainer for rest of my life, initially around 22 hours and then after a few months just during the night.
