You shouldn’t want to. People say “if you have high set massaters dont do it but if you have low set you can” but it’s all makes no sense to do. Muscle hypertrophy of the massaters isn’t a sign of jaw growth it’s just the massateres

Even then don’t, I have both genetically and now need botox in my masseters and radiesse in my gonions.

If you have a short ramus you shouldnt train ur masseters it will make you look like bloated, and training masseters will cause tmj pains and shi, i regret training my masseters.
