how do i train side delts if i cant do side raises

i cant do side raises cuz i only have 15kg dumbells and those are too heavy for me to do a decent amount of side delts, i already know other shoulder exercices but is there any that hits specially the side delts?
 
rows are like a half set for side delts.

Snatch Grip High Pulls/upright rows are brutal for them (u could do those with DBs)

btw 15-20 kg dumbbels are good for lateral raises after some months of training. Right now I am doing 20 kg laterals for 15 reps if I do it as a first exercise after 6 months of training, maybe the form isnt excellent, but I feel my delts very well. Progressive overload is possible in this exercise and you can use quite heavy dumbbells

OHP sucks for mid delts, upright rows develop mid delts much better
Its a much better compound excercise, for isolation you should do lateral raises, upright rows are as effective for isolation as laterals but with the added nerve pinching risk

Upright rows are a compound exercise as well. By the way, what does the prefix "compound give" to these exercises, as we want to hypertrophy side delts?
