Have you tried Avantis? You can only trade with USDC/ETH there, but they don't place limits on singular transactions.
So you can fund USDC on Coinbase, transfer them to your wallet, then to Avantis, and finally make your purchase. They also don't have KYC bullshit, as far as I know.
