I just wouldn't do it. Buy exactly how much stuff you need so if you need to travel you don't have so much left that you're hesitant to throw it away, it's just not worth the risk of getting caught with is at the airport or having to mess with a different country's laws of that kind of stuff. Don't bulk buy and throw it away any extra if you have to leave, it's a huge L, and you're going to be losing some dollars, but it's better than running the risk of yk... shit going down with airport security or the law.
