HOW DO I TRIGGER A GROWTH SPURT

I'm 15 and 5'3 and the only evidence I have that proves I haven't had a growth spurth is that I grew faster between 8yrs-12 yrs (140-158) than in 12yrs - 15yrs (158-162)
