How do I unfuck my circadian rhytm?

Basically my circadian rhytm is cooked. When I try to got to sleep earlier I end up sleeping for 1-3 hours and then wake up and not be able to fall asleep until 2-4am. This leads to me waking up late and the cycle repeats itself again. What do I do?
 
Maybe be like melatonin gummies?
 
Sauna, stay up for 24 hours straight, or take a shit ton of melatonin a couple hours before you want to sleep. You could also use benzos, pregab/gabapentin or something like ambien for this as a one off if the melatonin doesn’t work. Just look at what you have laying around the house tbh if the insomnia is that bad.

not even that bad. i go to bed at 9am everyday.
