How do I use a plasma pen to deepen an eyelid crease?

my eyelid crease is weak and shallow, due to a weak eyelid muscle. will using a plasma pen help make this crease stronger? And if so, how would I use it? Should I apply it directly onto my eyelid line or what?

Its used to tighten skin to enforce a crease and it can't cause blindness unless you use the pen directly on your eye like an idiot, the main risk is just asymmetrical creases
