I wanna use it to lose weight, gain more bonemass and possibly get taller, I will microdose only. I don't want any bad side effects so please tell me how to use it safely.

It's a ghrelin agonist that makes you hungry
Just don't bother

I wouldnt take mk to lose weight, if anything, it would make it harder because of the increased appetite

Ill try my best with shit like drinking water before eatnig, and being on a keto diet, only fish and meat and fruits for dessert.

Ill be on a keto diet and taking it at night.
Keto diet and trying to grow taller?

Anyway, the cycle I've heard of the most is 10mg 5 days on 2 days off, and consuming something like 500mg of Berberine along with your highest carbohydrate meal.

supplement berberine and vitamine D, avoid processed sugar and do 5 days on 2 days off then your chance of getting diabetes will be 1-4% if you dont do it the chance of getting diabetes will be 6-15% the only side effects you will maybe get being on mk is getting bloated

Is it ok if I supplement L arginine and L Ornithine, Magnesium, Biotin, Ashwagandha, Grape Seed Extract, Tongkat ali, Rhodiola, Zinc, Vitamin D, Magnesium, Vitamin K2 and Calcium?

That's what I am currently using for all my supplements.

Is keto diet bad?

"How do I use mk677 properly and safely" jfl with a search u already discover that this does not teach any risk

You didnt even bother to see how MK works in ur body, compare it with peptides and see the difference (this is bc peptides are "nothing" to hgh)
use mk, and dont worry abt "dying" get tested first if u are scared
Dont expect miraculous results regarding bones
Im doing the oscar patel one, where you still eat fruits. Is that bad?
no nigga, just eat the proper amount of carbs.
oscar patel
take a knife and stick it in ur neck, ur brain is already corroded

Im not on a keto diet yet, but I was gonna go on one. What carbs should I avoid tho? My boxing coach told me to not to eat bread.

broh, just think like this
What the hell is not eating bread going to change??? If u do everything right in the right quantity, nothing is wrong
3) 4g of carbohydrates per kg, ofc avoid eating carbohydrates with a very high glycemic load
And I recommend eating natural carbohydrates, avoid processed ones. The bread will depend
u understand now?

I weigh 95 kg, 380g of carbs is 1520 calories of carbs, which is more then half of the amount of my basal metabolic rate.

omg u are dumb asf nigga, and u still care abt this. So just be a dietcel and watch normies eating more than u and being leaner

First, Oscar Patel is a questionably dude. Second, keto with fruits is not technically keto, what you're doing is likely a low-carb high-fat diet. Third, keto diets are not inherently bad, but they're suboptimal for growth hormone production.

what's optimal for growth hormone production. As of rn I just eat anything with the inclusion of eating atleast 4-6 eggs a day. I havent cut out processed and sugary foods but I am eating less, so I still eat it everyday but I used to binge eat them now I stopped. I also have chicken and avacado in a whole wheat tortilla everyday too. And sometimes Ill get fast food but will prioritize protein, like ill get a big mac with extra patties and no cheese and bigmac sauce. And I have an ice cappucino with 2% milk instead of cream 4-5x a week

Well, imma be real for a second, there's no "optimal" diet for growth hormone any good diet will help you maximize your HGH, bad diets however will make it harder for your body to produce it. You want to consume carbohydrates, but also avoid big insulin spikes. I see you're not psychotic about it so what I'll provide are guidelines.

1. 25-30% protein, 40-50% carbohydrates, 20-35% fats. The macro split depends on you, just try to stay within those ranges.
2. Avoid eating 2–3 hours before sleep, higher insulin after a meal + digestion = fucked sleep + fucked HGH production
3. Make sure you have no micronutrient deficiencies, try to track everything you eat using the Cronometer app. Or just make sure you're nailing these foods, preferably daily: Eggs, beef, dairy, vitamin C fruit (kiwi or orange), chicken/pork/fish, leafy greens, avocados
4. Be in a slight calorie surplus (+250 calories) if you can afford it, with "afford it" I mean if you're not fat right now.
5. Try to cut out processed foods and sugar as much as possible. These foods typically spike your insulin like crazy, and high insulin spikes suppress growth hormone production... WHICH WE DON'T WANT.
6. Look at your current diet and figure out if any of the foods you're consuming are not good for you. Most humans have food sensitivities even if slight, some people don't respond well to oats, high lectins, seed oils. If certain food causes you bloating after eating it, it's an instant no.

I'm personally very psychotic with diet, I don't recommend you follow what I do, but if you want to know: I eat the same meals and foods every day, at the same times. I haven't changed my diet in like 10 months. It makes it very easy to make sure I'm getting all my macro and micronutrients because I'm eating the same stuff every day and I already tracked the nutrition of these meals, I make sure I'm not gaining or losing weight because I enjoy my current physique and weight, and I also save money because I know exactly what I need to buy at the grocery store, I don't touch anything else.

However, a much more realistic approach is just to follow those 6 steps, try to stay away from junk food or sugary foods, you can maybe make a deal with yourself and only eat them once a week, or if you're out with family or friends, but not for the rest of the week. These kinds of things are exactly what's gonna affect your development negatively (and not only in terms of height, a bad diet affects your hormones as well).

Diet aside, lift weights safely, sleep 7.5 to 9 hours, hydrate with 2L to 4L of water daily, don't be stressed, get 15 to 30 minutes of total sunlight morning and evening. Never miss the foundations.
