how do I widen my lower third/how do I fix my ugly ass face?

my whole goddamn face is completely fucked. my biggest flaw is my entire face (and I also have an overbite, so I jut 24/7). I don't have a single attractive trait other than the fact that I at least have a fucking chin and I don't look like a corpse. I don't have no money for surgery and I'm not even 18 yet, is there any way to fix or fraud my heinous lower third/my entire face in general? (any other advice for any other part of my face would be appreciated)
