how do i widen my mouth?

my mouth/lips are actually narrow asf. I will be getting some sort of palatal extender by next month although i completely forgot to ask which one he said something with screwing four screws on the top of my pallate and some other things (so probably marpe?), anyways point is my lips are super narrow and i was wondering if this is going to help or not, i also had a consultation for bimam+genio the previous week but also forgot to ask about the effects on my lip width, so will bimax/marpe help or will i need some other surgerie for this?

MSE will widen the mouth and If you want fuller lips get fatgrafting don't get stupid filler

MSE will widen the mouth and If you want fuller lips get fatgrafting don't get stupid filler

Is mse the only one where they drill holes in your pallate? since thats what my orthodontist said i will be getting

MSE/MARPE is still shit for fixing lip to nose ratio (people who want wider lips mostly just want better mouth to nose ratio obviously and in most cases nose is simply too wide and ruins it) even though it will make lips wider it also expands nasal base so the ratio will essentially stay the same, lateral commisuroplasty also not very good since it leaves visible scarring so the only way to make it better is just to get a rhino/alarplasty which in most cases u still wouldn’t achieve ideal ratio but still it’s worth it to minimize the flaw, unless you have a very slim nose already then just consider either frauding w slight makeup or irritate corners of lips when needed and at last consider commisuroplasty

im having rhinoplasty so im hoping the lip to nose ratio wont be that big of a problem. however my lips mainly look small due to me having a pretty wide jaw probably due to overtrained masseters,and im not really sure what effects MARPE has on the lower jaw
