How do ik if my bidelt is good for my height

Apparently height and bidelt are like the most important for determining how good frame is, not sure if waist/hip size matters or not

Is there a chart or something to refer to with height and bideltoid

I have 22-22.5 inch bideltoid at 6'5 and it looks narrow sometimes

Waist width matters a good bit regarding your frame, but it is not an end all be all.

Arnold Schwarzenegger himself had a really wide fucking waist yet his frame was godly. With a wide enough bidelt and well developed lats, waist width doesn't matter.
