you have to be more specific, when do you get it? when your skin is exposed to heat? i.e 30C weather, is the nipple just puffy? do you feel a disc underneath? rubberous tissue?

You can feel the breast tissue under your nips, they will also feel more sensitive

I had a chest somehow similar to male boobs when I was standing on bad posture. I have had all the exams done and found out I hadn't neither gynecomastia (my gland was normal sized) nor lipomastia (I only had 9mm of dermal fat which is within normal range). I'm solving this by training upper chest and fixing posture.
