Latinos usually have slightly flatter looking faces due to the native mongoloid admixture (especially the eye area which also often has a bit more fat storage) whilst arabs have a bit more prominent brow ridges and supraorbitals. Latinos also again due to mongoloid admixture often have wider faces/fuller cheekbones whilst arabs are usually a bit thinner in the face bone wise. There are however a decently sized middle ground where latinos and arabs can pass as either race

Due to the fact some latinos have arab/afro admixture there is some overlap but the top row of pics are examples of latinos that wouldn't pass as arab due to mongoloid features whilst arabs don't really have a drop of mongoloid in them compared to the bottom row of arabs

Are full cheekbones ideal?

Are full cheekbones ideal?
Yes, without them one's face will appear thinner and be more prone to premature skin creases. Well developed cheeks, ridge/supra region, and jawline are the cornerstones of a GL face
