Ofc some guys can still pull it off well into their 30s (especially if you take care of yourself) but most guys seem to stop around 25

This doesn’t mean pretty boys become ugly, instead they just become masc chads

How do they transition? Is it a slow and gradual process? I assume they cut their hair shorter or grow facial hair, etc

only way if ur not genetically presdisposed to age well and turn masc

Twink death is a cope, people just got fat as they age (usually). Better to be pretty boy base than fucking muh masculine baldcel by 30 lol. You're either handsome or not, true "pretty boy" will age gracefully, thanks to "eternal" youth given by bone structure.
I would say from my own experience that going turbo low bodyfat is not advised after certain age with this archetype, and gaining some muscles is essential but never go full retard a.k.a dirty bulk / ogre / roids mode it would destroy even the psl god in no time..
