It’s actually easier for wealthy people to rot, because they don’t have any constraints like working 12hr in some shitty job or worrying about making money.
Many people I know after completing university are sort of NEET and just pursuing some artistic/creative hobby but get enough many from their parents to rent a nice apartment and have a good lifestyle in an expensive city, so they have a lot of free time to travel/party/rot.
