ip and a buncha other things monitors computer specs everything u also cant register on vpn or public places wifi so lets say u wanted to make a account theoretically you could go to a friends house or use some wifi you have never logged into the site on or anything and make a new account using a mobile phone emulator OR a virtual machine this is all theoretical tho and never do this mods will spank ur booty
