You are dealing here with peak autism, i weight myself everyday and count calories. Every single thing that can be measured is measured, i gained 4kgs in the bench press 1RM and 5kgs in BBrow in the last 7 weeks, i run in the threadmill for an exact amount of kms and at exact speed, and so on.

If not, then, it's not very useful to get to 10% body fat because you'll have to bulk up again anyways. YoYo dieting never works well for most people.

if you've never tried any would start with ephedrine or yohimbine (not both if you value your heart), ephedrine is best taken with caffeine 2-3 times a day and yohimbine is best to take once a day before fasted cardio/walkingNo never tried anything
