Nevermind that. Because of my metabolism I have to cut on probably 1000 + intermittent fasting and thats already hell :feelswhy:

For me (a semaglutide chad) that’s overeating to the point of vomiting. I’m comfy on sub 1200.

I do 2 hours of cardio from monday to friday and weight 87kgs, i need 4k-4k5 just for maintenance.
U probably don't burn as much as you think in the cardio and it's fucking up your calculations, but if it's works...who cares right :D

You don't make sense, if i don't burn as much i would need to eat less, and if i eat less i lose weight.
You are dealing here with peak autism, i weight myself everyday and count calories. Every single thing that can be measured is measured, i gained 4kgs in the bench press 1RM and 5kgs in BBrow in the last 7 weeks, i run in the threadmill for an exact amount of kms and at exact speed, and so on.

The only reason to cut is if you have already reached your natural limit or close to it. If not, then, it's not very useful to get to 10% body fat because you'll have to bulk up again anyways. YoYo dieting never works well for most people.
 
I would be starving at 1.9k. Leaned down on ~ 2 800. Now maintenance around 3k at about 10% bf

Whats your maintenance OP? I tend to cut on 1200 its torture but i just find it easier to go hard for a couple months
 
The way to low bodyfat is cardio, runners get to 5% without even trying.

Lol brah im pretty much at the natty limit. Im probably slightly above mattdoesfitness minus the legs since i p much never train them beyond a 500 x 5 squat

depends on height and activity levels... if you're like me at 5'8" and sedentary you'll feel ok on 1900 cals. strength gains at that calorie level are almost impossible to come by though.

have never had to do cardio while cutting beyond actually aiming for 10k steps for the last few weeks
do you use any sort of fatburners when you cut though?

I cut on 2.5k and maintain at 3k, having to eat below 2k would drive me insane.

if you've never tried any would start with ephedrine or yohimbine (not both if you value your heart), ephedrine is best taken with caffeine 2-3 times a day and yohimbine is best to take once a day before fasted cardio/walking
there's dozens of decent protocols online for both
clen also works incredibly well but isn't worth the heart damage

Youre cheating your diet. Theres a references in here where fat people were taken in a study and self reported 1200 cals but were eating around 2000 lol

That’s not fucking true, if it were I’d be skinny by now I do 20 mins every single day then lift. I have to eat 1.2-1.6k a day and I’m still a fat fuck but tbf I have been eating shit the last 10 days so I’m fasting for the next four days to counteract the calorie input from those past daysb
