There is so many ways to dox a user:
1- You can become close friends with him and after a while u can get his personal info.(easiest)

2- You can know him irl and let say you know his org acc and you can dox him ( i know a user and he is known on org maybe i can dox him before deleting my acc)

3- You can accidently leak your ip.

And there is a few more but these are the most common ones
