you usually shave your balls when they are nice and tight, so make sure its cold when you're doing it.

and yes, razor is the best way to shave your balls, just dont apply too much pressure.

Razor here. I've rarely cut the ballsack doing that. I actually did last week tbh it stings a little but heals quickly. Don't know what the big deal is?
