How do normies find the mental energy to constantly be doing something?

Here in the UK we have a bunch of public holidays on Mondays scattered throughout the year.

A lot of people I know / work with often end up planning mini-trips away during these holidays. So they'll leave work Friday evening, head home, grab their suitcase and head off to some European country to relax (some of them even bring the suitcase with them to work so they can leave immediately at the end of the day).

Then they return by the late hours of Monday / early hours of Tuesday, go to sleep and then turn up to work the next day like its nothing.

Meanwhile I only ever go away when I have booked extra leave days and always arrive home a day or two before work so I can recharge.

How the fuck do these normies do it? Trying to NT maxx more but its so hard.
