like for real I cannot get my friends to team up and make a microwave burrito for me! Yet normies can get their friends to team up/build cars/fun projects/websites together. They especially can get their friends to rally/gang up against me/fuck me over etc.

-how do these people do this?

-i'm serious like what magic words do they say to convince their friends?

-do they manipulate their friends with special tactics?

Your place in the social hierarchy is probably pretty low, improve your looks/status/money then things should be easier, people will then offer to do stuff for you, without you even asking them.
All human relations are transactional, if you don't have anything to offer to others, then there's no reason why people should help you. If you're good looking, high status or rich, people will want to associate with you and help you, so they will also benefit later but if you're ugly, poor or low status, then they have nothing to gain by doing you favors, since you don't have much to offer on return.

Yeah, if a low-status guy does a favor to someone of higher status, then the other person will now feel that he owes to the other person and must return the favor, this can make many normies nervous - let's say incel does a favor to one of them, then incel goes to simply chat or hang out with the normie, normie feels pressed to act friendly with the incel since he now owes him one, but then other people start wondering why is he hanging out with that incel, so his status will drop, that's why many people will just avoid asking favors for those who are perceived as lower.

Everyone wants to associate and hang out with people of higher status/money/looks/etc. because it raises their value too, but no one wants to associate with those that are lower, in the end most people will usually hang out with those that are about equal to them.
