How do people afford an MSE?

Im 14 and have a Norrow palate+flat maxilla I need an MSE asap. Then I looked it up bro 2500-5000$ for the MSE alone, 5000-10000$ for MSE+braces (you will need them after most of the time). HOW SHOULD I AFFORD THAT??? My parents dont have that money either. Genuinely what do people do to afford that??
