How do people ascend eye area so much?

I´ve seen lots of ascensions where some people change drastically their eye area softmaxing. CT, PFL, Overall shape, UEE... How tf do they do that. No it's not just squinting. Is there any BOTB thread on how to ACTUALLY ascend your eye area (via softmaxes)?
